What makes my company great is my team of tour guides, booking agents, and back office workers. I do not consider my team members as employees; rather they are equal stakeholders in our business. That is why I goes about my tasks with a great deal of enthusiasm. My operators is trained in all things related to travel and hospitality. Some of my colleagues is highly experienced while others is just beginning their careers, and on everything, I welcome feedback.
